Dimensional numerals are nominal numerals, and they denote the dimensions of a surface or volume. Dimensional numerals are generated in the following ways:

1. The second (and third) counting numeral can attribute the first counting numeral. In this case, the attributes appear as locative adverbials (in the form of adpositional phrases with the prepositions /dær/ and /ændær/):

   دو متر در چهل سانتیمتر /do metr dær ʧehel sɒntimetr/

   سه در پنج در شش /se dær pænʤ dær ʃeʃ/

   عکسِ شش در چهار /ʃeʃ dær ʧæhɒr/

   جایِ ایشان پانزده روز اندر پانزده روز /pɒnzdæh ruz ændær pɒnzdæh ruz/ است.

   چنان که حکایت کنند گزی در گزی /gæz-i dær gæz-i/ به یک دینارِ سرخ بر آمده است.

2. By copulative composition with the interfix /-ɒ-/:

   بید را سایه‌ای‌ست میلامیل /mil-ɒ-mil/

   جوی را دیده‌ای‌ست مالامال
